RK Productions products can only be purchased from Qualified Funeral Providers, who feature our Urns and Keepsakes in their selection rooms. If you'd like the name of a Funeral Home close to you that carries our products, our customer service staff would be delighted to help you. Just send us your name and E-mail address to sales@rkprod.com and let us know which city you are from.

All of our existing products are online for you to view. For wholesale pricing, engraving or any other questions you may have, please contact us via e-mail  or call us toll free at 1-888-ARK-PROD (275-7763).  Should you require a hard copy of our catalogue please request one by email or phone. We cannot send catalogues to any one without a sales tax number and legitimate business location. Please refer to the contact page for more contact information.

Shipping:
We do our best to keep stock on hand but each urn is a unique work of art made by a team of talented artisans.  Urns usually ship same day.  Custom Personalization/Engraving is available on everything we make, including keepsakes.  We ship within Canada by CANPAR from British Columbia and within the USA from Washington State by UPS.  Standard ground is Normal delivery.  If you need the urn quicker, we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Expedited Next day and Second day delivery options are available
